These terms govern use of the public Clixy launch website. Clixy and Ten Thousand Banners are in development. Artwork and interface images on this site may illustrate intended product direction and do not represent a promise that a depicted feature is currently available.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse website infrastructure, or violate another person's rights.
Coming-soon product information
Descriptions of Clixy, Ten Thousand Banners, other concept worlds, interfaces, systems, release plans, and future capabilities describe current direction and may change during development. The other named worlds on the site are concept studies unless Clixy explicitly announces otherwise.
The current public launch site does not itself constitute an offer of a released game, subscription, marketplace, creator program, or guaranteed release date. Requesting the optional Clixy Launch Updates list sends a confirmation email. Opening the link alone does not subscribe the address; the address is added to the dedicated launch segment and opted into the Clixy Launch Updates topic only after the explicit confirmation action on the Clixy site is completed. Joining the list does not guarantee access, priority, eligibility, or a release date.
Intellectual property
The Clixy name, Ten Thousand Banners name, website design, original artwork, interface studies, copy, symbols, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Clixy unless otherwise indicated. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services or rely on third-party infrastructure. Clixy does not control independent third-party websites, services, policies, availability, or content.
No warranty of availability
The launch website is provided on an as-available basis. Development plans, visual concepts, features, and availability may change. Nothing on the launch site guarantees uninterrupted access, a specific launch date, or the final form of any unreleased feature.
Limitation and updates
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clixy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public informational website. These terms may be updated as the product and public services evolve.
