Information we may collect

• Information you choose to send directly to Clixy, including an email address submitted to request launch updates or information included in other correspondence. A launch-update request is not added to the list until you confirm control of that email address through a short-lived confirmation link and an explicit confirmation action on the Clixy site. Opening the email link alone does not subscribe you; the link is exchanged server-side for short-lived first-party confirmation state before the clean confirmation page is shown.
• Basic technical, security, and request information generated when you access the website, such as IP-derived security signals, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps where required by hosting or security providers. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed before being stored in the launch site’s abuse-control service.
• Optional analytics information only if analytics are configured and you explicitly choose Accept analytics on this site. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the launch website.
• Respond to messages you send to Clixy and maintain the dedicated Clixy Launch Updates email topic and launch segment you explicitly choose to join.
• Understand aggregate website usage only when optional analytics have been enabled with your consent.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect Clixy, its users, and its services from abuse or security threats.

No public game account yet

The current launch site does not provide public Clixy gameplay accounts or persistent player campaigns. It does provide an optional launch-update signup. If Clixy later launches account creation, saved-world data, community features, or other product services, this policy will be updated to describe the information those services collect and the choices available to users.

Service providers

The website may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, delivery, security, launch-update contact management, confirmation-email delivery, durable abuse controls, and optional analytics. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law. Clixy does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs. Unconfirmed requests are not added to the launch contact segment or opted into the Clixy Launch Updates topic. Short-lived encrypted confirmation links expire automatically; after the link is validated, the browser receives only an opaque HttpOnly confirmation-session cookie, and one-time server state is retained only long enough to complete the choice safely and prevent replay. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards should be used as the product develops.

Your choices

You may contact Clixy to ask about information you submitted directly, including requests to correct or delete it where applicable and subject to legal requirements. If you joined Clixy Launch Updates, you may use any unsubscribe or topic-preference control provided in a launch email or ask Clixy to remove your address at any time. The confirmation is scoped to Clixy Launch Updates rather than unrelated marketing topics. If optional analytics are configured, the Analytics Preferences control in the footer lets you reopen your choice and disable future analytics collection in that browser.

Children

The current launch site is informational and is not intentionally directed to children. Future product age requirements, parental controls, and account rules will be published before public gameplay services are offered where required.
